Top Hat Derby Blog Hop!!
This looks like it going to be soooo much fun, I had to join!! The challenge is to decorate a top hat any way you choose...the best of show will be unveiled Friday, Dec. 3. I can not wait to see what everyone comes up with...Although I don't know how we are going to "top" the inspiration hat that Kecia already designed!! But I am certainly going to try!
