I like to dream that when I walk into my house, I am entering a little french cottage in the countryside.... Hope you enjoy!!
We purchased this tapestry over 20 years ago at an estate sale...I love it!! What could be more French than Napoleon!!!
I love this antique carved figural candlestick pair. I believe they are originally from France along with the sideboard they are sitting on!!!
This pair of Antique Victorian Beadwork's are part of a small collection I have. I didn't have anywhere to put them on the wall, so I tucked them away nicely in their spot. I get to see them everyday when I come home. They make me happy!!!
Thank you for stopping by and visiting with me...always a pleasure...

Dear Cheryl,
I love the beadwork you are showing here. I have never seen anything like that. Did you attach them to the server or are they built in. I hope you show us more of these..

Hi Grace!
Are you going to N.C. to Jenn's event? I'm all booked.
I love that you love to adopt. We have 7 fur balls and 2 cat fur balls. I love the fact that you use French "things" in your posts. France is very special. I live near Montreal, so my little bit of France isn't too far away : )
Thanks for Networking me. I'm really not sure how it all works, but I had to come and visit my first follower.
Nice to meet you indeed Cheryl.
Love Claudie

Hi Cheryl, I am hoping you are the person who left a message on my PS post. Are you going to be attending the party in Ashville? I had a time finding you because you didn't leave a link. I am attending and I know it will be wonderful. Smile. I will be very happy to meet you.
Your home and lovely treasures are very charming. Very French and I know you have wonderful taste by viewing your collections. I too love French design and the cottage feeling in a home.
Your entry is delightful. I love your tapestry! Beautiful! Thanks for linking up!

OMG Cheryl, I love your world!!! DO you know that I live in a little brick cottage named RABBIT HILL, but it is a French style country cottage!!! I too have tapestries in my home that I bought in France, and the BIG one that I bought in Paris is hanging in my loft bedroom. We just recently added two new rooms, a family room with vaulted ceilings and an office for my husband. Our little cottage has become a small chateau and I still have some hanging up to do of tapestries myself. I LOVE FRENCH ANTIQUES and I so wish you could see my home; we probably have the same taste!!!! Either during my spring break in two weeks, or early summer, I will be taking everyone on a tour of my home. For now however, things are not quite done yet. But my husband and I both love to come home and ENTER into our world and savor all the beauty. BRAVO FOR YOU!!!! And yes, how lovely to meet one day...you, me and even GRACE, IN THE CITY!!!!! Have a great day, Anita
Our home is where our inner most dreams should come out. I love that your entry way is your French dream!
Thank you for sharing your French Inspiration with us.
